Getting butt implants is an outpatient procedure that typically takes about two to three hours to complete. To begin, a general anesthetic will be administered to ensure you are comfortable and pain-free throughout your surgery. The buttock implant will be placed through a small incision in the buttock crease. The implant is customized for each patient based on their physique, measurements and desired results.
For the first 24 hours following your Houston butt implant surgery, it is normal to experience some pain, soreness, swelling, and bruising around your treated areas. It is important that you refrain from sitting on your bottom or laying on your back for 2 to 3 weeks following your butt implant surgery. Doing so may compromise your expected results.
